The living area also has dimmer operated wall sconces, a reading lamp and a lighted ceiling fan. The dining area has a glass-top dining table that seats four and is close to the kitchenette, which has a full-sized refrigerator, stainless steel sink, quartz counter-tops and maple wood cabinetry well stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, glasses, cups, plates, bowls and stainless-ware. The appliances include, a microwave, coffee-maker, coffee-grinder, toaster-oven, electric skillet, double-burner hot-plate, blender, crock-pot and tea kettle. Both stainless and Teflon pots and pans are available. Cutting-boards, chef knives, plastic wrap, Zip-Lock bags, aluminium foil, waxed paper, food spices and most all condiments, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, sauces. A barbecue tool set with gas barbecue is available for your cooking pleasure. A large covered patio/lanai area is available for your relaxation. Two large over-sized lounge chairs, an outdoor dining set with overhead lighted ceiling fan for those quiet outdoor Hawaiian style meals! A small pond with waterfall and tropical garden near the bedroom window and lanai area makes for a pleasant serene sound! Your very own washer and dryer with two loads worth of clothes washing soap are available for your use. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, tissue box, shampoo, bathing soap, hand soap, liquid dish-washing soap and sponge are provided for your convenience. This also includes a starter supply of ground coffee, assorted tea, with sugar, sweetener and honey packets, 1/2 and 1/2 cream and creamers.
